What’s the difference between custom eLearning and fixed-fee products?

Custom eLearning Solutions are developed from scratch to align with your unique training goals, branding, and audience needs.

Fixed-Fee eLearning Products are pre-designed courses available for a one-time cost, allowing for unlimited use without additional per-user fees.

Do you offer customized branding and LMS integration?

Yes! Our custom eLearning solutions and ILT materials can include your branding, voice, and company-specific messaging. We also can help you ensure that digital courses integrate smoothly with your existing LMS.

Do you offer bulk pricing or discounts?

Yes! If you need multiple courses, ILT materials, or a combination of services, we can offer bundle pricing. Contact us to discuss bulk discounts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and purchase orders for organizations.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Custom-developed training solutions are covered under project-based agreements, with terms outlined in our contract.

Fixed-Fee eLearning Products are non-refundable once access has been granted, but we’re happy to work with you on any concerns.

Requesting New Content FAQ

We know it might seem unusual to let customers request new content—especially when many of them have lifetime All-Access and don’t pay extra for new courses. But we believe in building content that truly meets your needs. Here are some common questions about how (and why) we do this.

Why do you let customers request new content?

We want our course library to be relevant, practical, and valuable. Instead of guessing what learners need, we let you tell us directly. This way, we create content that solves real-world problems and helps you advance your skills.

Does it cost extra to request content?

No! Whether you’ve purchased an individual course, a learning path, or All-Access, you can submit requests for free. If a topic is in high demand, we prioritize it in our development queue.

Will every request be turned into a course?

Not every request will make it into the library, but we carefully review all submissions. If a topic gets multiple requests or aligns with industry trends, it has a strong chance of being developed.

How do you decide what content to create next?

We prioritize content based on number of requests, industry demand, and alignment with our existing curriculum.

Can I see what’s already in the content queue?

Yes! We believe in transparency, so we publicly share our upcoming courses. Check the queue on the submission page anytime to see what’s coming next.

If my request gets selected, how long does it take to create the course?

Course development timelines vary based on complexity and demand. Some topics can be developed quickly, while others require in-depth research and expert contributions. We’ll update the queue with estimated release dates when possible.

What if I need a course urgently?

If a topic is critical to your business or training needs, let us know. While we can’t guarantee immediate creation, we’ll consider ways to fast-track high-priority requests. You can also use our custom development services.

How do I submit a request?

Easy! Just head over to our Request New Content page (login to your account to access this), fill out the form, and we’ll take it from there.
